Welcome to TrackMintra, a GPS-based tracking service owned and operated by WebMintra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“WebMintra”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
“WebMintra” refers to WebMintra Technologies Pvt. Ltd., the owner and service provider of the TrackMintra platform.
“TrackMintra” refers to the GPS tracking product and related services provided by WebMintra.
“User” means any individual or organization using the TrackMintra platform, website, or mobile application.
“Device” refers to the GPS hardware or accessories installed in vehicles and linked to the TrackMintra system.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using TrackMintra services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services or platform.
3. Services Provided
TrackMintra offers comprehensive vehicle tracking and monitoring solutions, including:
GPS-based real-time tracking through mobile and web applications.
Reports on distance, stoppage, idle time, speed, and routes.
Remote vehicle control functions such as immobilization, geo-fencing, and instant alerts.
Optional fleet management add-ons such as dash cameras, DVRs, and 360° camera systems.
The scope of services may vary depending on your subscription plan, selected features, and device compatibility.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
Ensure proper and authorized installation of the GPS device.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Use the platform only for lawful tracking and fleet management purposes.
Avoid tampering with devices, software, or attempting unauthorized repairs or modifications.
You are solely responsible for any misuse or breach resulting from your account activity.
5. Hardware & Warranty
All TrackMintra GPS devices carry a 12-month one-to-one replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, electrical faults, unauthorized installations, or physical tampering.
Accessories such as cameras, DVRs, and sensors are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.
6. Software Access & License
The TrackMintra application and web portal are licensed to you, not sold.
Users receive a non-transferable, limited license to use the software during their active subscription period.
Reverse engineering, duplicating, modifying, or distributing the software without written consent from WebMintra is strictly prohibited.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees must be paid as per the agreed plan—monthly, annually, or otherwise specified.
Non-payment or delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
All fees are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in writing by WebMintra.
8. Service Availability
WebMintra strives to maintain continuous service availability; however, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to factors such as network issues, maintenance, or third-party disruptions.
Technical and emergency support is available during standard business hours or as defined in your service plan.
9. Limitation of Liability
WebMintra shall not be held responsible for:
Any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from service interruptions, device failures, or data inaccuracies.
Unauthorized access or breaches due to user negligence.
Legal consequences arising from unlawful use of the platform or violation of data protection norms.
10. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account or services:
In case of violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Upon detection of misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
Due to non-payment, expired subscriptions, or breach of contract.
11. Data Privacy
All user data is collected, processed, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

12. Changes to Terms
WebMintra may modify or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of such changes.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City, e.g., New Delhi, India].
